Job summary

Eatgron in Hammonton, NJ is seeking an Inventory Support professional to help manage day-to-day cannabis product distribution and inventory operations. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, driver coordination, routing, and compliance with evolving regulations.

You will collaborate with the Inventory Manager and Distribution Manager to optimize the distribution process, reduce costs, and ensure timely deliveries. A detail-oriented, compliant, and proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high pace environment, ideally in cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience using inventory management systems and order processing software.

Inventory Support

Reporting To: Inventory Manager

Compensation: $20.25 / hour

Description

The Inventory Support role will be responsible for supporting the Inventory & Distribution Departments in managing the day-to-day operations of the distribution process for all of our cannabis products, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, optimizing inventory levels, managing logistics service providers, implementing technology solutions to improve distribution processes, managing distribution and delivery routes, managing delivery drivers with a focus on compliance and accuracy, tracking performance metrics for the distribution network, and fulfilling orders. This role is M-F, hours may vary but typically 8-5 day shift.

Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• You’ve worked 2+ years in a high pace environment that required a high attention to detail, ideally in cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• You have experience using inventory management systems and order processing software.
• You have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• You have strong understanding of logistics service provider management, delivery driver management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
