Fine Fettle is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory—receiving, storage, labeling, and disposal—at our Norwalk location. You will lead Dispensary Agents and Retail Team Leads, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while driving sales and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment, with responsibilities including audits, cash handling, and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Strong inventory management and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day retail operations and inventory management across the store.
• Conduct daily/weekly audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and produce weekly audit summaries.
• Manage cannabis returns, bin labeling, and product movement to meet demand.
• Oversee on-site disposal, expiration dates, and security policies.
