Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, data management, or accounting.
• Prior experience with METRC is required.
• Experience in cannabis inventory or regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize METRC, LeafLogix, Dutchie, and other inventory software to maintain records.
• Maintain compliance with state rules and cannabis inventory regulations.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and vault inventory management.
• Update inventory logs daily and ensure counts are accurate.
• Support METRC and Dutchie audits with documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and reduce data-entry errors.
• Perform daily inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure packages are labeled, identified, and recorded properly.
• Communicate inventory or vault issues to leadership promptly.
• Keep vault organized, secure, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
