Job summary

Essential Employment Services Inc is seeking an Inventory and Compliance Specialist to manage cannabis product inventory, ensure accuracy, and support audits in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain Dutchie and METRC records, prepare shipping documents, create product entries, and collaborate with cultivation, processing, and sales teams to maintain compliance and accuracy across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of inventory management experience, cannabis preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records and procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, track, and organize cannabis products.
• Maintain Dutchie and METRC records and prepare shipping invoices and manifests.
• Create and update product entries in catalogs for the systems.
• Collaborate with inventory team and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cultivation, processing, and sales teams to move inventory efficiently.
