Job summary

Agri-Genesis is seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee and maintain cannabis inventory with focus on accuracy, labeling, and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure vault integrity and proper reporting across METRC and Dutchie.

Responsibilities include daily inventories, audits, data entry, and collaboration with retail operations to reduce discrepancies and improve processes within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory control, data management or accounting experience required.
• METRC experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to regulatory requirements and process changes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Use METRC, LeafLogix, Dutchie to maintain accurate inventory records and state compliance.
• Maintain inventory logs daily and ensure counts are accurate.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and vault inventory.
• Update records and reports; support 24-hour data reporting.
• Monitor METRC/Dutchie audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits with Compliance Director and Retail Ops Manager.
• Prepare for and participate in inventory audits; ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain the vault in a clean, secure, and organized state.
