Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage data integrity and regulatory compliance across METRC/Biotrack systems. You will perform routine inventory counts, maintain logs, and support the cultivation team with accurate tagging and room updates.

This role requires strong data skills and attention to detail in a high-growth cannabis environment. You will collaborate with Compliance and Cultivation teams to ensure traceability, conduct audits, and drive process improvements while

Formación

• 1+ years of data management and auditing experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with METRC and Biotrack systems is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize work.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inventory inspections and maintain METRC/Biotrack logs for traceability of plant/product movement.
• Communicate with cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC using clone logs.
• Create METRC plant tags for plants.
• Conduct weekly and periodic audits of plant rooms and waste logs.
• Document discrepancies and report to Compliance Manager and team leads.
• Assist grow team during harvests and upload new plants to rooms in METRC.
