Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years leading production or plant operations.
• Experience managing multi-shift or continuous manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, cGMP, production planning, inventory control, and workplace safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Lupton, CO.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Plan production schedules based on customer demand, staffing, materials, and equipment availability.
• Supervise production employees, team leaders, and warehouse staff.
• Oversee receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, cGMP requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor production output, product quality, equipment performance, and operating costs.
• Work with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Train employees, improve team performance, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.
