Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a production team member in Illinois to support harvesting and early processing stages. You will ensure quality, operate in controlled environments, and help with labeling and records to meet state standards.

The role requires physical tasks, adherence to safety policies, and teamwork in a fast-paced cannabis production setting. Benefits and schedule are provided by Cresco Labs.

Qualifications

• Two years of general production experience, preferably regulated.
• Ability to follow compliance, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for harvesting and first stages in processing of Cresco Labs' product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.
• Monitor and control dry rooms to optimize specific flower qualities and standards.
• Buck, weigh, bag/tag/label the product for ID.
• Utilize attention to detail to hand select product for the optimal size, quality, and appearance.
• Perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time – a combination of sitting, standing, moving, and performing vigorous activities in cool and hot temperatures.
• Strictly adheres to hygienic and sanitation policies set by Cresco Labs and the State.
• Maintain accurate records of product harvested and processed to ensure product identification and quality control.
• Assist Cultivation Team lead with the creation of labels in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
