Job summary

Cresco Labs in Michigan is seeking a Production Associate for a regulated cannabis environment. You will harvest, process, and prepare flower for packaging, while maintaining quality and sanitation standards.

The role requires PPE usage, lifting up to 50 lbs, and strict adherence to state regulations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, in a fast-paced facility that values teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Ability to remember and adhere to all compliance, quality, guidelines.
• Ability to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting and first stages in processing of Cresco Labs' product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.
• Work within the garden and pluck leaves before the harvest.
• Monitor and control dry rooms to optimize flower qualities and standards.
• Weigh and package our Fresh/Frozen Flower.
• Buck, weigh, bag/tag/label the product for ID.
• Select product for optimal size, quality, and appearance.
• Perform repetitive tasks for long periods in cool, humid, and hot temperatures.
• Adhere to hygienic and sanitation policies.
