Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside dispensary in Florida is seeking a production associate to support harvesting and initial processing of cannabis products in a regulated setting. You’ll ensure quality, hygiene, and compliance while working in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include garden duties, bud removal with scissors, monitoring dry rooms, weighing/packaging, and accurate record-keeping. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably regulated for human consumption
• Ability to follow compliance, quality, and HR guidelines
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods and handle plant material exposure

Responsibilities

• Harvest and initial processing of Cresco Labs’ product with high quality and visual appeal
• Pluck leaves in the garden before harvest and monitor dry room conditions
• Weigh and package fresh/frozen flower; buck, weigh, and label products for ID
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and report quality issues to supervisor
• Keep accurate records of harvested/processed product for traceability
