Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required.
• Knowledge and adherence to Firelands Scientific policies and goals.
• Ability to learn cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system.
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store.
• Consult with customers to suggest products based on experience, method, and effects.
• Handle cash correctly and apply discounts accurately.
• Verify paperwork, IDs and documentation for customers.
• Maintain accurate data in the POS system and state verification system.
