Job summary

Consume Cannabis Co. is seeking an Advisor to greet visitors and guide them through our cannabis products, providing knowledge on dosing and safe consumption. You will be the first point of contact for customers at our Alliance, Ohio location.

Responsibilities include checking IDs, assisting with product selection, processing sales, stocking, and keeping the store clean and compliant with state laws. This part-time, non-exempt role offers a starting wage of $16 per hour and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in high-volume retail or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide guidance.
• Scan IDs and enforce admittance policies.
• Assist customers in selecting products and explain dosing.
• Process sales and handle transactions.
• Maintain records and ensure state-law compliance.
• Stock products and maintain clean dispensary.
• Answer phones and support customers.
• Assist with curbside or online orders where available.
