Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains.
• Consult with customers to suggest products based on experience and preferences.
• Correct cash handling and discount application.
• Verify proper paperwork and IDs.
• Operate POS and enter customer profiles accurately.
• Keep store organized and clean; ensure safety compliance.
• Support management to ensure compliant retail operations.
