Job summary

Common Citizen, a Michigan-based cannabis company, is seeking a Guest Advisor to be the face of the store, delivering exceptional customer service and education about cannabis products. You will help guests discover products that enhance quality of life while upholding safety and compliance standards.

As a Guest Advisor, you will educate fellow guests and advisors, support sales through upselling where appropriate, and work within a dynamic, team-oriented retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with ordering platforms (Dutchie, Weedmaps) and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an unparalleled customer service experience for guests.
• Educate guests on cannabis products and offerings.
• Upsell and cross-sell when beneficial to guests.
