Terp Bros. Cannabis Dispensary in Astoria, NY is hiring a Fulfillment Associate. You will process online and in-store orders, manage inventory counts, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging in line with NY cannabis regulations.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate Dutchie POS and Metrc. The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS inventory management systems (Dutchie preferred).
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery logistics.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing & auditing.

Responsibilities

• Process & fulfill online & in-store orders accurately & efficiently.
• Audit & verify inventory counts to ensure proper stock levels & avoid discrepancies.
• Package & label products in compliance with NY cannabis regulations & SOPs.
• Operate Dutchie POS & Metrc to track & manage product flow.
• Work with the team to ensure accurate order dispatch & delivery coordination.
• Assisting the Inventory Manager in keeping the department in compliance with State regulations at all times.
• Follow Terp Bros SOPs, training, & safety manuals to ensure compliance & efficiency.
• Maintain a clean & organized fulfillment area to optimize workflow.
