Job summary

URB MONROE is seeking a Cannabis In-Store & Online Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the Monroe dispensary and through online channels.

You will educate customers about products, process POS transactions both in-store and online, fulfill orders, maintain listings, and uphold state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail and/or online order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cannabis product knowledge and willingness to stay informed.
• Ability to operate computers, POS systems, and inventory software including Dutchie.
• Cannabis industry experience is highly desirable.
• Indoor retail dispensary environment with secure access.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability to meet business needs.
• Regular exposure to cannabis products and varying outside temperatures for curbside orders.

Responsibilities
