Qualifications

• Must have previous retail experience; cannabis sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills.
• Clear and effective oral and written skills.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a polite and welcoming attitude.
• Provide superior customer service for vendors, patients/customers, and caregivers.
• Verify proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers and patients in accordance with state compliance.
• Answer all incoming calls to the business with a professional and friendly attitude.
