Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Flower Technician I in Ironton, Ohio. This hourly, non-exempt role supports production to ensure incoming cannabis flower meets specifications through inspections, labeling, and packaging. The position requires 21+ age, background screening, and the ability to work 40+ hours weekly.

Remote work is not available. Reports to the State Manufacturing Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off.

Qualifications

• Daily handling of cannabis flower and particulates.
• Experience with controls/ instrumentation is a plus.
• Must pass background screening and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of cannabis flower and pre-roll material.
• Weigh, package, label, and store flower and related items.
• Maintain clean, compliant work areas and complete documentation.
• Ensure quality and correct batch handling per standards.
• Operate or monitor packaging equipment and report issues.
