Job summary

Trulieve in Ironton, Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily processing operations, including Oil Production and Flower Production, across multiple shifts. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while driving compliance with state and local regulations and implementing corporate policies.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget awareness, and collaboration with HR and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production operations and supervising teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in regulated production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all manufacturing operations including safety, quality, production efficiency, on-time delivery, customer service, and financial performance of the plant
• Work closely with National Manufacturing leadership, state director and local supply chain to plan and coordinate production
• Compliance to all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by city, county and state and ensure license security
• Visit the plant floor to support the operations supervisors and monitor production and resolve delays
• Assist in the development of state level manufacturing budgets and financial reporting
• Champion short-term projects and drive continuous improvement to meet customer expectations
