The role emphasizes safety around C1D1 equipment, proper sterilization, and cross-training in CIS extraction techniques while supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious extraction professional.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs to ensure compliant operations.
• Experience handling hydrocarbon and CO2 extraction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate solventless terpene extraction, short path distillation, and rotary evaporator equipment.
• Document batch records and track materials using CTS systems.
• Maintain a clean, compliant lab with proper equipment sterilization.
• Adhere to safety protocols for C1D1-rated equipment and hazardous materials.
• Assist in daily manufacturing operations and process improvements.
• Cross-train in CIS extraction processes (winterization, filtration, biomass packing).
