Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Lab Technician to join our production team, focusing on cannabis extraction, distillation, winterization, and product formation. You will support lab operations with standard practices, maintain safety, and ensure GMP/GxP compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Associate or 4-year degree in biology, chemistry, or physics preferred.
Prior production laboratory experience preferred.
Experience in regulated environments preferred.
Cannabis extraction experience desirable.
Basic math skills.
Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for hazardous chemicals.
Ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare lab equipment and cannabis plant materials for extraction.
Operate extraction equipment per SOPs.
Process cannabis concentrates and extracts.
Meet production goals while ensuring safety and quality.
Record data in lab notebooks and databases.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the lab.
Monitor production line and collect samples for analysis.
Follow SOP and GLP/GMP compliance.
