Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring an Extraction Technician in Litchfield, IL. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on biomass preparation and operating hydrocarbon and CO2 extraction equipment in a C1D1 environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and GMP/SOP compliance.

You will collaborate with the lab team to meet production goals, document batches, and optimize equipment performance while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate solventless and hydrocarbon extraction equipment.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and maintain extraction/refinement equipment.
• Document batch records and track materials in CTS (e.g., MJ Freeway).
• Keep laboratory clean, organized, and compliant.
• Support daily manufacturing operations and process improvements.
