Job summary

Curaleaf in the United States is seeking an Extraction Technician to support hydrocarbon and CO2 extraction operations in a fast-paced production environment. You will handle biomass, operate extraction equipment in a regulated setting, and ensure safety and accuracy in every step of the process.

Responsibilities include batch-record documentation, CTS-based material tracking, and collaboration with the lab team to meet production goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with hydrocarbon or CO2 extraction in a GMP or regulated setting.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain detailed batch records.
• Comfort working in a C1D1 environment with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate solventless terpene extraction, short path distillation, and rotary evaporation equipment.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs to ensure compliance and quality.
• Troubleshoot and optimize extraction equipment for peak performance.
• Document batch records and track materials using CTS systems.
• Maintain a clean, compliant lab and proper storage of equipment.
