Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience; retail preference
• Must be 21+ years or older
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis requirements
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID
• Must comply with cannabis industry regulations
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens based on needs and knowledge of GTI products
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations and compliance with regulations
• Ensure proper stocking and store presentation
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Perform duties at assigned workstations across front/back of house
