Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Must have reliable attendance and ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and assist store operations.
• Comply with cannabis regulations and store policies.
• Maintain stocking, cleanliness, and security procedures.
• Perform duties at assigned stations (front of house, back of house, maintenance).
• Other duties as assigned by management.
