My Green Network is a California-based edible manufacturer seeking a dedicated Edible Manufacturer to join the production team in Santa Ana, CA. You will contribute to creating and packaging a variety of confections while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a licensed and regulated cannabis manufacturing facility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic math skills for counting, weighing, measuring, and verifying product quantities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Packaging or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Understanding of cannabis manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, food safety, quality control, inventory, or production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor candy production equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to create a variety of candies, including chocolates, gummies, and hard candies.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to maintain product consistency.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Package finished candies according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

We are looking for motivated, dependable team members who want to gain hands-on experience in the cannabis industry while supporting the production and packaging of high-quality infused products.

Experience

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or candy production is required must have experience manufacturing pectin based gummies.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Start time will be assigned by management and may be either 7:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
• Employee input on preferred start time will be considered, but final schedule is based on production needs.
• Overtime and weekend shifts may be offered but are not required.
• Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour.

This role is performed in a cannabis edible production and packaging facility. Food-grade sanitation and safety procedures must be followed. PPE may be required, including gloves, hairnets, beard nets, aprons, and safety glasses. This position requires standing, repetitive hand movements, attention to detail, and physical production work.
