Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Kentucky is seeking a passionate pastry chef to join our team producing cannabis-infused chocolates, gummies, and confectionery products.

You will follow recipes, weigh ingredients precisely, temper chocolate, work with molds, and help with packaging, labeling, and inventory. This role starts part-time with the potential to move to full-time; health benefits are not currently offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in confectionery production preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and document measurements accurately.
• Interest in cannabis-infused edibles.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce cannabis-infused edibles (chocolates, gummies, hard candy, etc.).
• Follow recipes and document accurate measurements for each batch.
• Use confectionery techniques (tempering, molds) to create visually appealing products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist with packaging and labeling as needed.
• Occasionally assist with product delivery.

We are a rapidly growing cannabis company at the forefront of the industry, seeking a passionate and skilled pastry chef to join our team in the production of cannabis-infused edibles. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative crew on producing chocolates, gummies, hard candy, and other confectionery products that are breaking new ground in the industry.

While prior experience working in a confectionary production facility or restaurant kitchen is preferred, we encourage anyone with a passion for confectionary products to apply. Our team of experts is excited to share their knowledge and experience with anyone who has a desire to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Work with our team to develop and produce high-quality cannabis-infused edibles
• Follow recipes, document and ensure accurate measurements for each batch
• Use skills in tempering chocolate, working with molds, and other confectionery techniques to create visually appealing products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Help with packaging and labeling as needed
• Occasionally assist with product delivery/driving
