Job summary

My Green Network in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Cannabis Production & Packaging Associate to support daily production and packaging of edible cannabis products such as gummies and chocolates. You will work with multiple teams to ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and readiness for distribution, in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, hands-on execution, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities for training and growth within a regulated facility.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work in a licensed and regulated cannabis manufacturing facility.
  • Basic math skills for counting, weighing, measuring, and verifying product quantities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Packaging or warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of cannabis manufacturing is a plus.
  • Experience with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, food safety, quality control, inventory, or production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily cannabis edibles production and packaging workflow.
  • Assist with demolding, fluffing, sealing, labeling, packaging, and quality control checks.
  • Prepare workstations, organize materials, and maintain a clean production area.
  • Operate and clean production and packaging equipment, including baggers, scales, heat sealers, and pallet jacks.
  • Accurately count, weigh, package, and verify cannabis-infused products.
  • Confirm packaging specifications, COA labels, bag counts, display boxes, and master case needs.
  • Verify compliance labels, UIDs, product information, and required regulatory labeling.
  • Label totes clearly by production status, such as needs weight check, needs seal, needs QC, or finished.
  • Confirm product weights and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, material reconciliation, palletizing, and distribution preparation.
  • Check Cure Room status and organize products by production date, when applicable to production workflow.
  • Obtain potency test samples as needed.
  • Help train team members on basic production and packaging procedures when needed.
  • Communicate with team members to help meet project deadlines.
  • Report quality issues, equipment problems, safety concerns, compliance concerns, or workflow delays to management.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Cannabis Production & Packaging Associate and become an important part of a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support daily production and packaging operations for cannabis-infused edible products, including gummies, chocolates, hard candies, and other infused products.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands‑on, reliable, and interested in building experience in cannabis manufacturing, packaging, quality control, and compliance. The role supports the Packaging Manager and works closely with production, packaging, quality control, inventory, and distribution teams to help ensure products are packaged accurately, labeled correctly, and prepared for distribution on schedule.

Compliance Requirements
  • Employees must follow all company SOPs, sanitation procedures, safety rules, inventory controls, and cannabis compliance requirements.
  • Employees must handle cannabis-infused products responsibly and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Employment may be subject to completion of any required City of Santa Ana cannabis employee badge, registration, or onboarding requirements.
  • KGJMK / My Green Network follows all applicable California hiring laws, including fair hiring practices.
Schedule & Pay
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday.
  • Start time will be assigned by management and may be either 7:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
  • Employee input on preferred start time will be considered, but final schedule is based on production needs.
  • Overtime and weekend shifts may be offered but are not required.
  • Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

This role is performed in a cannabis edible production and packaging facility. Food‑grade sanitation and safety procedures must be followed. PPE may be required, including gloves, hairnets, beard nets, aprons, and safety glasses. This position requires standing, repetitive hand movements, attention to detail, and physical production work.
