My Green Network is an award-winning California cannabis manufacturer specializing in cannabis-infused edibles, hash, solventless products, white label, private label, and co-manufacturing services. Our team focuses on quality, consistency, compliance, and efficient manufacturing for cannabis brands.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician – Level 1 to join our solventless production team. In this role, you will support daily operations under a multi‑award‑winning Master Hash Maker and help maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety in solventless manufacturing.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining solventless equipment, setting up and monitoring all stages of production, including washing, collection, pressing, post‑processing, and packaging. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment while following established SOPs and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is familiar with solventless workflows, comfortable with pressing equipment, and enjoys both independent work and collaborative team production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain solventless production equipment.
• Set up and execute solventless manufacturing processes according to SOPs and production specifications.
• Monitor washing, collection, pressing, and post‑production workflows for consistency and quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures, sanitation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of production runs, yields, and lab activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Applied Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Power Mechanics, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with solventless equipment and production processes.
• Strong understanding of basic physics principles, lab procedures, and logical troubleshooting.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with specialized equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Start time will be assigned by management and may be either 7:00 AM or 9:00 AM.

Employee input on preferred start time will be considered, but the final schedule is based on production needs.

Overtime and weekend shifts may be offered but are not required.

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

This role is performed in a cannabis edible and solventless production facility. Food‑grade sanitation, solventless processing protocols, and safety procedures must be followed. PPE may be required, including gloves, hairnets, beard nets, aprons, and safety glasses. This position requires standing for extended periods, repetitive hand movements, attention to detail, and hands‑on physical production work in both kitchen and solventless lab environments.
