Greenleaf Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Kitchen Technician to support cannabis-infused edible product development. You will manage baking, labeling, and packaging processes while ensuring accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years kitchen or related experience required.
• Experience producing baked goods preferred.
• Familiarity with marijuana regulations preferred.
• Food Handlers/ServSafe certification preferred.
• Must work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficient communication and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work independently within established routines.

Responsibilities

• Operate baking, labeling, and packaging of cannabis-infused edibles by hand or machine.
• Accurately record data on company systems including counts, weights, and measurements.
• Adhere to quality control SOPs and verify product quality throughout production.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and safe work environment; report safety concerns.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas; prevent cross-contamination and health-code issues.
• Support development of new production methods and recipes as needed.
• Meet daily goals and KPIs set by management.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
