Job summary

710 Labs seeks a Distribution Technician to support day-to-day operations in our Oakland facility. You will handle packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment with strict attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

The role requires comfort working in a production environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and DCC guidelines. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in production/manufacturing preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and in writing.
• Strong number skills and basic math; inventory experience desired.
• Detail oriented with focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Fast-paced environment experience; ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Must withstand cold environments (33–60°F) for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and alternate positions as needed.
• Able to accept constructive criticism and guide others.
• Varying schedule including nights, weekends, overtime; Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Create and apply correct stickers to packaging with attention to detail.
• Fulfill orders with a high level of accuracy.
• QC and pack orders to ensure product integrity and space efficiency.
• Read, understand and follow invoices and SOPs.
• Maintain strict inventory records of products, materials, and equipment.
• Record details pertinent to distribution.
• Store supplies and equipment, dispose of waste, keep area clean.
• Carry and transfer heavy supplies and materials.
• Audit paperwork during transfer for accuracy and completeness.
• Uphold DCC guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members.
• Enforce a culture of safety and attention to detail.
