Job summary

PA Options for Wellness, Inc. seeks a Wellness Associate for our dispensary to dispense medical cannabis to patients with accuracy and compliance. The role includes cash handling, POS operation, inventory management, order fulfillment, and front desk duties in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Availability on Monday, Friday, and Saturday is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Prior POS experience preferred; ability to learn POS system.
• Cannabis knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ask relevant questions to determine the best medicine for the patients' concerns.
• Answer questions and provide general information and guidance on policies, procedures, laws and regulations, with sensitivity and respect.
• Work closely with management to resolve patient complaints, concerns, and issues.
• Assist with cleanliness of the facility, restocking day storage, and showcases interior/exterior cleaning.
• Assist with daily and weekly inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to a diverse patient base in a friendly, compassionate, professional manner.
• Accurately process patient transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products.
• Ensure duties adhere to company, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and proper rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
