Job summary

PA Options for Wellness is seeking a Wellness Associate for our dispensary in Harrisburg. The role is patient-facing, handling cannabis dispensing, cash handling, POS operations, inventory, and front desk duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn and operate the POS system. High school diploma or GED required; weekend and varied shifts may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ask relevant questions to determine the best medicine for the patients' concerns.
• Provide information on policies, procedures, laws and regulations; communicate with sensitivity and respect.
• Work with management to resolve patient complaints and issues.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Process transactions using POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
