PA Options for Wellness is seeking a part-time Wellness Associate to dispense medical cannabis, handle POS transactions, and assist patients with care and compliance at our Fogelsville dispensary.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn our POS system while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar patient-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to learn POS system and follow policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medical cannabis compliantly and accurately while handling cash.
• Answer questions and provide guidance on policies, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to resolve patient concerns and complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of showcases and workstations.
• Process patient transactions efficiently using the POS system.
