Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred with ability to learn POS system.
• Cannabis knowledge preferred but not required.
• Background check and drug screening required before start; compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Ask relevant questions to determine the best medicine for patients' concerns.
• Provide information on policies, procedures, and laws with sensitivity and respect.
• Work with management to resolve patient complaints and issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and Showcases; restock and maintain inventory.
• Process patient transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
