Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in our Bloomfield, NJ dispensary.

You will educate customers on products and consumption methods, recommend personalized regimens, and support daily store operations while ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn about cannabis products, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company cannabis regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a front-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on individual customer needs.
• Help maintain a well-stocked, clean and compliant sales floor.
• Assist management with daily store operations and issue resolution.
• Follow security measures and safety procedures.
