Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Tucson seeks a Retail Team Lead to supervise sales staff, uphold state rules, and deliver exceptional customer service while promoting the dispensary's image and product knowledge.

You will assist store leadership, manage shifts, train new hires, keep staff informed about strains and inventory, and ensure compliance with laws. Arizona Card requirement and 21+ age apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Hold a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff adherence to rules and policies and follow procedures.
• Supervise sales associates, manage breaks and shift changes.
• Inspire staff to deliver top customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Assist with customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Facilitate money drops and replenish change when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of strains and products in inventory.
• Assist training of new employees on SOPs and shifts.
• Assist with discounts and complex store tasks as needed.
• Help maintain sales floor flow and assign roles.
• Coordinate with Inventory Team for stocking.
