Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Arcadia and North Phoenix dispensaries. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure state compliance, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead a team to achieve performance goals while fostering a positive store culture.

Responsibilities include leading staff, promoting promotions with procurement/marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail or dispensary settings.
• At least 21 years old with a valid ADHS Facility Agent Card.
• Ability to lead a 20+ staff team and deliver strong customer experiences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our dynamic teams at our Arcadia and North Phoenix dispensary locations. About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You'll also play a key role in developing and leading a team of motivated employees to achieve performance goals and cultivate a positive store culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate product scanning during transactions.
• Partner with the procurement and marketing teams to drive sales promotions and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail or dispensary settings.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Facility Agent Card from ADHS.
