Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Florida. You will guide customers through their cannabis purchases, educate them on products and possible effects, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes handling customer orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with store leadership to resolve issues. A strong focus on confidentiality and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 21 (18 in CT/PA/WV).
• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• Experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and coworkers.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and regulations.
• Facilitate purchases per state regulations while delivering a great customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation.
• Process and prepare patient orders promptly and accurately.
