Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Warren, OH to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead a team in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, maintaining FIFO inventory, and mentoring staff while upholding store policies.

The role supports patient care through product knowledge and compliant operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in retail,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Excellent computer and technical skills including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals
• Ability to perform high-volume cash handling and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains and share with team
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate items with Store Manager
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in patient consultations for product selection
• Receive deliveries, ensure manifests are accurate and mapped in MJ Freeway
• Lead or delegate tasks during shifts, including cash handling, paperwork, and safety compliance
• Open/close duties and end-of-day updates
• Onboard and train new Patient Care Specialists with Store Manager
• Complete MOD cash and inventory functions for closing procedures
• Follow Safety & Security procedures for opening/closing
