Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead the team in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

The role focuses on service, product knowledge, and maintaining compliant inventory, including FIFO stock and accurate delivery manifests. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in dispensary or related customer-service roles, be proficient with POS and inventory systems, and be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a retail team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Receive deliveries and restock, ensure FIFO inventory.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists with patient consultations and product knowledge.
• Handle cash, verify paperwork, and follow security procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties and end-of-day updates.
