Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in New Jersey is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers, educate on cannabis products and consumption methods, and assist in delivering a compliant, positive retail experience. You will guide patients in selecting appropriate products and maintain commercial standards throughout shifts.

The role requires reliable attendance, 1+ year of customer service, and the ability to work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on individual needs
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store presence
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management to ensure compliant retail operations
