Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory in our dispensary, keep online and in-store menus current, and ensure compliance with all AYR policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate counts of inventories daily and reconcile as needed.
• Tag products per state/local regulations and attach required paperwork.
• Reconcile inventory to ensure data feeds to state system and no malfunctions.
• Keep a clean, organized shop/storage area for easy access.
• Maintain delivery records and invoices per GM/state regulations.
• Ensure items meet quality standards.
• Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale orders.
• Run and maintain inventory level reports.
• Keep store areas, including restrooms, clean and guest-ready.
