Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in inventory within cannabis retail, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with state cannabis policies and regulations.
• Must meet age requirements per state cannabis rules.
• Able to pass background checks as required by state agency.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays.
• Regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support retail operations by driving inventory accuracy across stock, variances, storage, and menu updates.
• Perform inventory counts, weekly audits, and adjustments for the retail business.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and secure inventory.
• Participate in the flow of physical stock for order processing.
• Report irregularities to the Inventory Supervisor/Manager.
• Keep menus (digital and physical) up to date and accurate.
• Provide regular operational reporting as required.
• Ensure product is stocked on the sales floor and ready for purchase.
• Communicate variance issues to prevent improper imputation.
• Maintain high standards of team communication and store appearance.
