Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary in Belleview, FL to lead a diverse team and deliver memorable consumer experiences. You will oversee customer journeys, inventory operations, safety/compliance, and team development, serving as a cultural ambassador within the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• Experience in supervisory/management role in retail with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through effective programs and regional in-store promotions.
• Oversee quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify inefficiencies.
