Green Thumb, a cannabis retailer, seeks a General Manager for RISE Dispensary in Deerfield Beach, FL to lead, manage and inspire a diverse team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strict compliance, and profitable operations.

You will oversee customer journey, inventory, safety, and team development, schedule Leader on Duty, drive omni-channel experiences, and engage with the community while modeling Green Thumb’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass all background checks and have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all Cannabis industry regulations and Green Thumb policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and execution of all dispensary operations with regulatory compliance.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and in-store promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify improvements.
