Green Thumb Industries is hiring a General Manager for RISE Dispensary in Cape Coral, FL. You will lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional patient and customer experiences while ensuring compliance, inventory integrity, and operational excellence across all channels.

You will drive revenue, coach leaders, and manage community engagement, staffing, and performance in a fast-paced retail environment within the cannabis industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• At least five years in a supervisory/management role in a retail setting with POS operations
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
• Inventory control experience required
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends
• Must pass background checks
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must comply with all industry regulations and company policies
• HIPAA awareness and confidentiality when handling patient data (where applicable)

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations
• Drive revenue and profit via programs and in-store promotions
• Oversee quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed-to-Sale compliance
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify improvements
• Coach leaders and teams to deliver a consistent omni-channel customer experience
• Support community outreach and local partnerships
• Ensure staffing aligns with labor goals and performance expectations
