Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Retail management experience, preferably in cannabis or regulated retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dispensary operations with focus on compliance, security, inventory, and customer experience.
• Drive revenue and profit through program execution and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financials, and Seed-to-Sale compliance; manage cash controls.
