Higher Ground is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Canyon Lake, CA to welcome customers, verify IDs, and manage the check-in process in a compliant dispensary environment.

You will handle inquiries, provide administrative support, and collaborate with security to ensure safety and regulatory adherence. The role offers a full-time, non-exempt schedule with growth opportunities and benefits.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk or customer service role
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain customer confidentiality
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
• Must pass a background check as required by California law

Responsabilidades

• Greet customer in a warm, friendly and professional first impression.
• Verify government-issued IDs to ensure customer meet the legal age requirement
• Manage the flow of traffic, ensuring an organized and secrete entry process.
• Address customer questions or direct them to the appropriate dispensary employee for further assistance.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the dispensary team, including handling paperwork or assisting with inventory.
• Work closely with security personnel to uphold dispensary safety protocols.
• Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations.
• Update Weedmaps, Yelp and company website
• Assist with stickering of inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
