Job summary

4Front Ventures Corp. operates Mission Dispensaries and seeks friendly team members for a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will greet guests, guide product choices, and recommend options to meet customer needs while processing transactions accurately.

Responsibilities include stocking, packing orders, maintaining clean spaces, and collaborating with leadership. Prior cannabis experience is helpful but training is provided; a state ID and 21+ are required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and able to obtain state ID card after hire.
• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems; able to lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Help customers navigate products and answer cannabis questions.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Process purchases using the POS system and handle cash/payments.
• Prepare and package orders for customers and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in reception, sales floor, and order fulfillment; stock inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized retail and storage spaces; follow policies.
• Team collaboration to keep operations running smoothly; adapt during busy periods.
